1. How long until I receive my order?

Depending on the shipping method you chose, anywhere from 7 to 15 days. Checks and Money Orders will be shipped after they clear

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard), as well as Personal Checks and Money Orders. Checks and Money Orders may take longer depending on the postal service.

9. Paying by Check or Money Order

You can print out a copy of the order form and write it in or print out an email invoice. Please send this with your check or Money Order. We must receive you payment within 7 business days.

10. Can I have a package gift wrapped?

No, but we will ship it to another address, and invoices are sent separtely. so you will not have to work about an invoice coming inside the package

12. What is your Privacy Policy?

When placing an order we naturally have to collect personal information: email address, shipping address, telephone number and credit card information. This information is needed to process your order, and to contact you regarding your order should the need arise. This personal information is not shared, sold, or otherwise distributed with anyone outside of Knicknack and More. (drop-shipment only needs your address)

13. Our Guarantee

If you are not satisified with an item you may contact us within 30 days of invoice for a replacement or store credit. Please read our return policies. We will also provide our customer with the best possible customer service out here.

15. Do you Ship to P.O.Box?

Yes, we will, but please give delivery time 5 more business days, since our drop shipper does not. All items sent to P.O.Boxs that are not instock will have to be deliveried to our warehouse 1st in MI. Then delivery to you. If this process should happen, we will keep you up to date with tracking number and there is no extra shipping price.

16. Will you ship to APO's and FPO address?

Yes, we will, but please give delivery time 5 more business days, since our drop shipper does not. All items sent to APO or FPO that are not instock will have to be deliveried to our warehouse 1st in MI. Then delivery to you.
